When is my discount calculated?
Your discount is automatically calculated when your quote is created, at the “Information” step.
It depends on the total excl. VAT amount of your cart and the distribution of the brands it contains.
How is my discount calculated?
- We calculate the total excl. VAT amount of your cart.
- Products are grouped by brand, and a percentage is applied to each according to the table below.
- The resulting discounts are added together to form the total discount of your order.

Concrete Example
A cart of €4,000 excl. VAT contains:
- €2,000 of Madura products → 10% discount = €200
- €2,000 of other brands → 15% discount = €300
➡️ Total discount: €200 + €300 = €500

On the same step of your quote, you can choose how much discount you want to grant your client.
The remaining amount becomes your commission.
- Only the client’s discount appears on the quote.
- Your commission remains confidential.
- To receive it, send us an invoice for the amount of your commission to: hello@ebenhome.co
Purchase–Resale
The total discount is directly applied and deducted from the excl. VAT amount of your cart.
No separate commission is required.
